Due to price fluctuations in materials, gas prices, skilled labor etc. Costs may vary after estimate has been given. We will honor a 7 day guarantee on our estimates to allow for booking only. All work will be preformed in a workmen like manner set by the standards of the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Please note: Any changes, adaptations, modifications, or alterations of any kind not specified here onto pertaining to said contract shall be charged accordingly at normal rates (ex: Blue Book or Exactimate pricing.) unless specifically approved or authorized in writing on our contracts. Payment shall be paid in full at the conclusion of the final inspection with the home owner or property manager. Any and all claims needing to be handled in a legal mannor will be handled in arbitration at the Carteret County Courthouse at the cost of said consumer. Our law firm Harvell and Collins will be happy to assist you with any further questions as to the legal and binding contracts of E. C. Restoration, Inc. at their normal rate per hour.
